Making this booking you are agreeing in full to the following terms and conditions. Our Terms and Conditions help protect both the owner and guests as well as providing advice in the event of any disputes. The hirer accepts full and legal liability on behalf of all guests. A Security Bond must be paid in addition to the rental fee.. Full payment of rental needs to be paid 8 weeks prior to your stay. Your Security Bond will be refunded within 10 days of your departure. Important Information: We do not provide:  Towels  Park Passes We do provide:  Bed Linen (£20 per stay)  Pillows & Duvet  Essential Cooking Equipment  Pots & Pans  Crockery  Glassware  Cutlery  Cleaning Products: Washing Up Liquid and Sponge Bookings:  The security bond of £75 must be paid in addition to your rental fee.  No provisional bookings taken.  Full names and ages of all guests, to be included on the booking form.  Full payment due upon booking  When making payment please ensure your surname is used as the reference. Deposits & Conditions:  The security bond of £75 is in addition to the rental charge.  In the event of a cancellation your deposit will not be refunded.  Bonds will be returned within 10 days after the caravan has been fully checked. Any damage caused or a breach of the conditions will result in the bond being non-refundable. Any breakages will be itemised and deducted from your Security Bond.  Our caravan strictly permits a maximum number of 8 people, over occupancy will not be tolerated and you will be asked to vacate.  Only applicants listed on the booking form shall be entitled to occupy the caravan.  The hirer is responsible for all guests conducts.  Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the caravan or on the veranda.  Drug use is strictly prohibited in the caravan and on Haven premises  The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition, this also includes the decking, both should be free from rubbish.  Bed linen should be stripped and placed at the bottom of each bed.  Please ensure you have taken all your belongings upon departure. We will keep any left items for 2 weeks from departure for you to collect. After this all items will be disposed of.  No candles or naked flames  Please do not place clothing on the radiators, use airers provided Damage  Please report any accidents, losses or damages caused by you or your guests immediately to enable us to respond to the incidents.  Where damage exceeds the £75 security bond, then necessary action will be taken to seek full compensation which may include additional charges.  In the event in that you are not happy with our response, then we advise you seek legal advice as this will protect the rights of both you and the caravan owner.  It is your responsibility during your stay, to ensure the caravan is locked and secured at all times. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any of your items left outside of the caravan. You are liable for any loss or damage to our items inside and outside the caravan if the caravan is not being secured properly or items left out. Behaviour:  You must show consideration to your neighbours and other guests on the park. Haven reserve the right to ask guests who contravene our terms and conditions, or who in any other way are behaving in a manner likely to cause distress or nuisance to other visitors to leave the park immediately. In these circumstances the holiday will be immediately cancelled.  You will act in a courteous and considerate manner towards us and Haven. Arrival & Departure The caravan maybe occupied from the following times: Check-in 3pm onwards Check-out – 10am prompt Keys will be in a key safe, located on the veranda pillar on the steps. The code will be sent to you via a text message within an hour before your arrival. Please ensure all windows and doors are fully locked, secure and keys are returned to the key safe upon departure. In the case of any issues, please contact us immediately and we will ensure our on-site maintenance repair team attend to sort the problem. Upon receipt of your £75 security bond, you the hirer agree to the above. [email protected]
