To secure the booking we would require a deposit of £50 The break payment (less the deposit) plus £150 damages bond (which is returned after the break following a satisfactory inspection) would then be required no later than six weeks before the break commences  You can pay the break payment in instalments if you wish as long as the total is received no later than six weeks before If the booking is cancelled by you prior to 6 weeks before arrival, 50% of the deposit will not be refunded If full payment is not received by the agreed date (6 weeks before arrival) the booking will be cancelled and the full deposit will not be refunded Please ensure any damage found and or caused is reported immediately otherwise you may be liable for any remedial costs incurred In respect of 'cancellations by the owner’ which are affected by holiday park closures please refer to the ‘non-essential travel guidance’ by the Government @ www.gov..uk Butlins operate a policy in respect of contagious diseases and if Butlins have reasonable grounds for suspicion of guests having a contagious disease the respective party will be required to leave the resort There is no compensation for such action (by Butlins) We therefore strongly advise that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover such events as outlined above Payments are by BACS transfer Although the caravan is an eight berth, we have a maximum of six adults (over sixteen) policy
