Client: We offer private caravan rental accommodation at Whitley Bay holiday park allowing you to arrive and access your rental caravan directly. The pitch benefits from hard parking, wrap around decking with bistro facilities, located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to park facilities. To prepare the caravan for your arrival our check in time is 2.00 pm on arrival, and 10.45 am on departure. (Unless alternative arrangements have been requested). Payments We will require a damage/booking payment repayable back to your account upon departure. (subject to caravan return condition) Payment for your rental to be received 21 days prior to your arrival. Payment is by bank credit transfer: (Details provided upon booking confirmation) We do not offer refunds for cancellations notified to us within 14 days of your holiday but will reasonably consider exceptional circumstances. We Do Provide: Gas and electrical services during your stay. Bedding made up for your arrival based on your enquiry party numbers. (Unless alternative arrangements have been requested) Clean beach & caravan use towels based on your party numbers. (Unless alternative arrangements have been requested) A welcome pack for your arrival located in the caravan. A39” Wi-Fi enabled 4G smart TV allowing access to Amazon Prime service. Wi-Fi facilities are provided through WiFinity and Park Dean. We do not provide: Our caravan registration is strictly NO SMOKING and No PETS, we ask you to respect this. We regret that travel cots or highchairs are not provided during your stay. PARK facility passes are not included but available upon request from PD reception. Owner supplied Wi-Fi facilities do not cover personal “data usage” but if required can be arranged at Park Dean reception.
