3 BEDROOM CARAVAN, DAWLISH WARREN TERMS & CONDITIONS All bookings are provisional and dates NOT secured until the deposit of received, along with names, addresses and ages of the entire booking party along with number and breed of any dogs. By paying the deposit and proceeding with the booking, the Hirer agrees to the Terms & Conditions laid out as follows: The balance will become due 6 weeks prior to the Hire Start date. The payment due date will be stated on the booking confirmation email. If full payment is not received at least 6 weeks prior to the Hire Start date, the Owners reserve the right to cancel the booking and rebook. If at the time of booking, the Hire Start date is within 6 weeks, the full payment will be due immediately, in this case the booking will not be confirmed until full payment is received. 14 days before the Hire Start Date, a refundable Security Bond of £100 is due. The Security Bond is fully refundable and returned within 5 days of the Departure date, following the Owners inspection of the Caravan’s fixtures, fittings & contents. The Owners reserve the right to withhold part or whole of the Security Bond to cover the cost of breakages, damage, additional cleaning costs due to stains, spillages etc. In the event of the cost of repair/replacement being greater than the Security Bond, the Owners reserve the right to bill the Hirer for the additional cost. The Lead Person named on the booking must be over 21 years of age. Hen/stag group bookings will not be accepted, i.e. families and couples only. Only the persons named on the booking shall stay/visit in the Caravan. Over occupancy is strictly forbidden. Only the Hirer can request changes to the booking and changes will be at the Owners agreement and will be confirmed in writing (email). All bookings are non-transferable. Sub-letting is not permitted and the holiday may not, in any circumstances, be sold on by the Hirer. The Hire Period will commence at 3pm on the Hire Start date and the Hirer agrees to vacate the Caravan by 10am on the departure date. If the Hirer requires an earlier check-in or later check-out time, this will only be considered by the Owners in certain circumstances and may not be possible due to other bookings before and/or after the period of hire. If an earlier check-in or later check-out time is agreed, this will be confirmed in writing (email) and an additional charge may be payable. Dogs are allowed in the caravan only with prior agreement from the Owners and must be included on the booking confirmation. The number of dogs permitted is at the Owners discretion, depending on size/breed. A charge of £18 per dog, per stay is payable. It is not permitted to leave dogs unattended in the caravan at any time. If dog are used to sitting on the sofa, the Hirer should bring dog throws to protect the fabric. Hirers should not allow dogs on the beds. Please note, ParkHolidays does not allow certain breeds on park. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure any dogs on the booking are allowed on park. Bedding and bed linen is included in the hire cost. The Owners understand minor "accidents" can happen, however, the replacement cost of any bedding or bed linen ruined by soiling or eating in bed, will be deducted from the Security Bond. Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited in the Caravan. Vaping or smoking anywhere inside the caravan will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments. This must be strictly adhered to and any damage or extra cleaning caused by smoking will be deducted from the Security Bond. The use of BBQ’s in the Caravan and on the decking (if applicabe) is strictly forbidden. If the Gate Fob and Door Key are lost or not returned at the end of the Hire Period, the Owners will deduct the cost of replacement Key, Fob and/or Lock from the Security Bond. The Hirer will advise the Owners immediately of any maintenance problems arising during their stay. D.I.Y. repairs must NOT be attempted by the Hirer. In the event of being unable to contact the Owners, the Hirer should speak to a member of staff at the Holiday Park. The Hirer agrees to leave the Caravan in a clean and tidy condition, ready for inspection and cleaning by the Owners or their Representative at 10am on the day of departure. The Caravan Owners do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the Hirer’s property arising from the use of the Caravan and/or the Holiday Park. Free unlimited WiFi is available, at no additional cost to the Hirer. Whilst the Owners will endeavour to offer this free service at all times, if the service is, or becomes unavailable during the Hirer's stay, and this is beyond the Owners control, no refund/compensation will be offered to the Hirer, as this is a free extra added by the Owners. Amenities such as water, electric, gas, etc are beyond the Caravan Owners control. If for any reason supply is interrupted, the Caravan Owners cannot be held responsible and the situation will be rectified as soon as possible. The contract with the Caravan Owner is for the hire of the caravan only. All park facilities (usually open March through to October only) are the responsibility of ParkHolidays Ltd. As guests, the Hirer and their party are able to use the park facilities with a Park Entertainment Pass. Passes are purchased direct from the Park Reception. The cost of these are NOT included in the Caravan Hire Charge. The caravan Owners are not responsible for any facilities unavailable during the hire period. The caravan Owners will not refund any money due to facilities not being available. The Hire Charge includes gas, electricity and bed linen with beds made on arrival. However, cot bedding and towels are not provided. If the Hirer and/or any member of their party is asked, for whatever reason, to vacate the Caravan and/or the Holiday Park by the Holiday Park Management, the Caravan Owners will not refund any money **********
