Description
Privately owned, pet friendly caravan to let on Millers Cottage Leisure Park in Towyn; an extremely friendly and welcoming site, just a two minute walk from the beach.We’re sure you’ll have a relaxing holiday and enjoy your time in our holiday home on Millers Cottage Leisure Park.
Our caravan is strictly NO smoking.
Dogs are very welcome if they are well-behaved and house trained. Please bring a bed and or a blanket for your dog.
Our caravan has a large master bedroom with a double bed, newly laid carpet, two spacious wardrobes, spacious drawers, a dressing table and TV, plus an en-suite toilet with a basin. The second bedroom has newly laid carpet, two single beds, a double overhead cupboard and a single wardrobe.
Both bedrooms have panel heaters*.
*Important Note: Please ensure you switch off the heaters at the socket before going to sleep and after every use. The one in the second room is close to the end of the bed, so please be extra vigilant with this one and please DO NOT cover any of the heaters.
The lounge is spacious and includes a large Samsung Freeview TV and a PlayStation 4 with 2 controllers. A few games will also be available for your use. There is a double pull-out sofa bed under the seating area in the lounge, and we also have a seated eating area in the lounge.
The bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and basin. Again, there is a panel heater in the bathroom, but please switch this off at the socket after each use of it and please DO NOT cover it.
The kitchen is equipped with an integrated fridge freezer, gas cooker, kettle, toaster and microwave, along with all kitchen equipment. There is also an iron in the cupboard.
Outside, we have a small decking area, which we are hoping to renew in the new season if we can.
All duvets, pillows and clean bedding is provided, but for hygiene purposes, please remember to take your own bath towels and hand towels as these are not provided.
We include the price for gas and electric in your holiday price.
After your holiday, please ensure you return the caravan keys to the office or clubhouse (if closed there is a box for the keys on the wall outside the clubhouse).
The caravan will be available from 2pm and must be vacated by 10am.
