The caravan is in the process of having a refresh, and will have a new more modern look for 2022
Guaranteed to be cheaper than booking through Haven
The caravan will be cleaned after each guest has departed and a sanitizer mist will be completed as part of our enhanced covid cleaning policy
Restrictions apply re guest nos. max of 6 persons unless all living in same household, or they are part of support bubble ( ie single person with family)

Very comfortable , spacious 8 berth caravan with heating in all rooms. Eco super insulated Double glazed Caravan, Gas & electricity is included in our pricing.
Master double bedroom, bedside cabinets and wardrobe. Heating, Duvets and pillows provided along with bed linen ( beds are made ready for your arrival.).
Two twin rooms with bedside cabinets and wardrobes Heating, Duvets. Pillows are supplied along with bed linen beds are made ready for your arrival.
Shower room and wc
Plus another wc
Large lounge/ dining area with ample seating and dining table. TV. dvd player, radio/cd player Ipod docking station with speakers throughout the Caravan
Fully equipped kitchen ,with microwave, toaster ,cooker, grill, oven ,all utensils provided.
Please note that same sex groups and pets are not permitted due to Park rules.
Parking available near caravan.
Funworks Passes are NOT included in the price. These are required should you wish to use the Haven facilities, including fishing.

7 nights: Adult £36.60 / Child £18.20 / 2 Ad, 2 Ch £109.60 (3 Bed Capped at £143.00)
3/4 nights: Adult £30.80 / Child £14.90 / 2Ad, 2 Ch £ 91.40 (3 Bed Capped at £167.20)
OFF PEAK – All other dates
7 nights: Adult £26.10 / Child £12.70 / 2 Ad, 2 Ch £77.60 (3 Bed Capped at £126.50)
3/4 nights: Adult £21.50 / Child £10.45 / 2 Ad, 2 Ch £63.90 (3 Bed Capped at £108.90)
COMPLEX PASSES are available from Site reception and are not required for children under 4 years. PASSES SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS AT THE MOMENT
On Park facilities include,(Sandy beach opposite park),lakeside course, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, entertainment club, amusement arcade ,Spar covienience store, Pappa Johns pizza, Fish & chips take away & restaurant, Fun flatables, tennis coaching, fishing coaching, kart hire, archery coaching, lauderette, mash & barrel lounge /cafe, Papa Johns pizza, Fish & chips (delivery service available )Fun time kids shows, kids play area Character breakfasts some thing for all the family .
Keys are collected from a key safe .We advise re access once full payment is received
This CARAVAN is graded as BRONZE (previously DELUXE) by Haven
Payments can be made by Cheque, Bank transfer or Paypal ( Fee applies To Paypal)
T&C s apply to all bookings.
Please note that a £50 security deposit may be be added to Balance payment ( this wiill be refunded 7 days after end of Holiday provied NO damage has occurred & Terms & conditions have been met, you will be provided with these on booking)
A deposit of 20% or £50 deposit whichever is the greater is required on booking then balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to start of holiday. If less than 4 weeks then payment to be paid in full.
Payment is accepted by Bacs, cheque or Paypal if paying by Paypal 4% must be added to cover paypal fees or opt to accept fees yourself when sending payment.
If the dates requested are advertised as 3 and 4 nights a discount is available for 7 nights.
Likewise if you require a 3 or 4 night break, this is possible, but it will incur a small surcharge due to the cleaners charges.
Discount may also be given for 14 night bookings.
