Owner Description
A two storey newly refurbished holiday villa located on the popular Welcome family holiday park at Dawlish Warren. Just a few minutes walk to the Blue Flag beach resort offering golf, fun fair, fishing, nature reserve, wheel, go karts, crazy golf, pubs and food outlets. Amazing views across the bay and a coastal walk available into the town of Dawlish. Our villa has two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Sleeping arrangements are a double bed in one room, and a triple bunk plus small single bed in the other room. Downstairs, there is a pull out double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and open plan lounge. We are the only owners on site able to provide our guests with free fibreoptic powered WIFI. There is a 32 inch TV in the lounge and another smaller set in the family bedroom. Each has amplified signal. There are USB ports on both floors. The bathroom has a full size tub and electric shower, with extractor fan. There is a separate WC room with basin and extractor fan.We do not supply full size cookers in our accommodation. Instead, there is a 20L multi-functional air fryer, a 30L oven with hob, extra hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. We also provide a fridge freezer and vacuum cleaner. The lounge has a two seater sofa, a three seater sofa and reading chair. Games and books are provided for guest use. Outside there is a picnic bench overlooking well presented communal lawns. Car parking is available either side of the block.
The site facilities of club and pool are available to guests if they wish to pay for daily passes. However, there is a free admission clubhouse called Paddy's Bar across the road and the Warren Bridge Inn at the end of the road. There are plenty of cafes, bars and supermarkets on the doorstep. The Blue Flag beach is a few minutes walk from our accommodation. Here you will find a golf course, nature reserve, fun fair, fishing, bars and food outlets. There is a lovely coastal walk into Dawlish town. The train and bus stops at Dawlish Warren regularly everyday in the day and evening.
We cannot accept bookings from stag, hen or college leaver or similar social groups, due to site rules. We only accept a well behaved dog. We cannot accept cats or rabbits, or other larger pets. Lead guests will be required to sign a booking agreement prior to occupying our accommodation. This is for security and insurance purposes.
