Beautiful sea front Platinum grade recently purchased 2 bedroom caravan at Crimdon Dene Holiday Park (Park Resorts) 2013 Caravan, fully glazed with central heating throughout. This caravan is in immaculate condition the perfect home away from home. Close to the beach access for Strolls along the beach and also close to the site amenities.There’s a large Verandah to the front and side with seating There is a master bedroom with built in wardrobes and vanity unit and direct access to shower room. The second bedroom is a twin room with wardrobe and storage facilities. It is situated on the front row with stunning views of the beach and bay areas. The kitchen has all kitchen appliances, full size fridge freezer. Living area has a 32" flat screen TV and dvd player, dining area and lounge with gas fire. there is also a tv in each of the bedrooms with freeview. No groups. £75.00 security deposit will be taken, this will be returned providing these is no damage and no additional cleaning costs are incurred.
