Description
Our beautiful, spacious, large, (41' x 14') modern dog-friendly 3-bedroom holiday home with sun terrace, Avon Rose, occupies an elevated sunny plot in a quiet cul de sac on The Birches. The caravan is luxurious and furnished to a very high standard. It is double-glazed and centrally heated. From the door, it is a short walk to all amenities and downhill to the lovely sandy beach with cafe and water sports (charges apply on site).The kitchen has all the equipment you require; a cooker with grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and cupboards together with a full range of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.
The lounge/diner is modern and spacious with free-standing furniture. There is a 50" flat screen TV, gas fire, dining table and chairs. The patio doors lead to the enclosed sun terrace with a table and garden chairs.
The double bedroom has an en-suite with a toilet and basin and large fitted wardrobe which provides loads of space for your clothing. The two other bedrooms have two single beds and a wardrobe in each. There is an additional toilet and shower room.
Like most of our caravans, Avon Rose is dog friendly. There will be no extra charge for your dog, providing no damage is done and no extra cleaning is required. Please let us know when booking if you would like to bring your dog as conditions apply.
Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Play passes that give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only.

Sandy beach with cafe. Many watersports for hire and lessons available!
Bike hire is on site. Also electric bikes.
Indoor pool with splash zone, grotto, heated outdoor pool, crazy golf, tennis courts, climbing wall, trampolines, slot machines bars and restaurants.
Several takeaway restaurants (Papa John's Pizza delivers to your park home, as do local Chinese and Indian restaurants).
There is daytime entertainment for kids and evening entertainment which is first class with many good star acts.
Local Attractions
Locally there are too many attractions to list but with Beautiful Blue Flag beaches and attractions like the Tank Museum, Monkey World, Farmer Palmers, Paultons Park (Pepper Pig World), Adventure Wonderland Park, Marwell Zoo and much more. Poole Quay is a must. Visit on Tuesdays during the summer season to see hundreds of motorbikes at 6 pm for show judging. Tower Park is a short drive with Splashdown, a cinema complex, ten-pin bowling & restaurants.
Buses are frequent from the park to Poole Town Centre at half-hour intervals.
