Introducing our exquisite ABI Roxbury Caravan, a modern and stylish family-owned retreat located on Larch Grove within the picturesque Greenacres Holiday Park. Boasting parking for two cars, this double-glazed gem features central heating throughout for your utmost comfort.Nestled on a corner plot at the cul-de-sac's end, the caravan enjoys tranquility without through traffic. Slide open the patio doors to reveal a brand-new composite wraparound decking, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains. The deck includes a seating area leading to a private south-facing patio, creating a sun-soaked haven adorned with charming palm trees (dog not included!).
A brief stroll takes you to the stunning Black Rock Sands beach, while the main facilities, including the recently inaugurated Marina Bar, The Mash and Barrel pub, Papa John’s pizza, Cooks Fish and Chips, Millies Cookies, swimming pools, arcades, crazy golf, and a supermarket, are conveniently nearby.
This three-bedroom haven comprises one double and two twin rooms (convertible to doubles), accommodating up to six guests comfortably. Each bedroom is equipped with quilts and pillows, excluding the additional drop-down bed in the lounge, for which you'll need to bring your own bedding.
The main bathroom features a powerful shower, basin, and toilet, while a separate toilet and basin offer added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooker with oven, grill, and 4-ring gas hob, along with a full-size integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, ample storage, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso machine. The dining area comfortably seats four.
Relax in the lounge, where a 43-inch LG 4K Smart TV with Freeview awaits, accompanied by a spacious L-shaped sofa. Unlimited WIFI is available for a nominal fee and is seamlessly paired with the TV for smart apps.
While Haven passes are required for entertainment areas (not included), access to the supermarket, chip shop, and pub is readily available without passes, ensuring a delightful and memorable holiday experience.
