Description
This is our our 36 x 12, 3 bedroom, 6 Berth caravan,We let out on a 7 night Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the seasons, and often during the out of season Weeks & Months.
Sited on the lovely Parkdean Resort's Holiday Park at Cayton Bay near Scarborough, it is an ideal holiday choice for families and couples.
The clean, tidy & well kept site offers many optional amenities & entertainments, including:
Family club house area providing an Amusement section with pool tables, a young Children's indoor play area, Family Bar area which also serves meals, A take - away section, and a large Entertainment showroom with stage, dance floor, plenty of tabled seating and a spacious raised bar area.
There is also a well stocked shop for your daily food & drink supplies etc.
A NEW Fish & Chip Shop,
There is an Indoor Swimming pool with flume, and several outdoor facilities including
a Children's adventure playground, Crazy golf, Putting green, and sports areas for Football & netball.
There are laundry facilities on site too.
The Beach area at Cayton bay is just a 10 minute stroll away.
There are so many places to visit nearby too, including Scarborough, Whitby, Filey, and just a little further way you also have Bridlington too, this we believe makes it an ideal location to suit so many. THIS CARAVAN COMPRISES:
LOUNGE AREA
Spacious lounge area with lot's of fitted seating areas, A tabled area, Fitted Gas fire, Flat screen HD TV with Sky, A DVD & VIDEO player combined.
KITCHEN AREA:
Open plan Kitchen area with units to 2 sides, fitted Gas Cooker oven & seperate Grill and 4 gas burners, An under counter Fridge - Freezer, Microwave oven, Kettle, Toaster, Gas water heater, Steam iron, and plenty of storage area's. MAIN BEDROOM:
Has a double bed, Double wardrobe, wall mirror and fitted electric wall heater. SECOND BEDROOM:
Has 2 single beds, A fitted half length wall wardrobe, and fitted electric wall heater. THIRD BEDROOM:
Again has 2 single beds, half length fitted wall wardrobe and an electric wall heater. SHOWER ROOM:
Has an enclosed Shower cubicle with new shower, Hand wash basin, WC, and we also provide a handy spin dryer for your use. SECOND WC ROOM
Has a WC, and a hand wash basin. Outside the caravan there is a bench, and a table & chair set, and a nice lawn area.
The caravan is ideally sited quite close to the on site facilities. There are 2 parking bays close to the caravan. Cayton bay is close to Scarborough, Whitby, & Filey. We provide ALL bedding-including Duvet covers & pillowcases, and the beds are made up for you, we also provide a selection of Towels, and we include Gas & Electricity in our prices.
We post out printed booking confirmation letters, and we provide a friendly family service, we meet & greet guests on arrival at the caravan. Optional Park Passes are available to purchase from the Park Office if you wish to use the on site facilities
2019 Prices for 7 NIGHTS for those staying in a 2 Bedroom caravan are;

ALL OTHER TIMES £54
The price you pay covers all people staying in the caravan.
The Park also sells Day Passes.
