8 berth caravan available to rent near ClactonJust far enough away to feel like a proper holiday without spending an eternity getting there
Holiday Rental, not for long term rent.
3 bedroom Family Caravan sleeps 8 - 1 x double, 2 x twin and small double sofa bed in lounge.
Sited on Fairways in the popular Haven Orchards Holiday Village, with all park activities and entertainment within a short walking distance.
No Groups, no smoking within caravan, no pets, children welcome.
Enclosed gated stepped main entrance to caravan.
Central heating and double glazed.
TV in lounge. Microwave, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, iron and ironing board also in caravan.
Travel cot and mattress available and stored under double bed.
Selection of books and family games in caravan.
Caravan does not have Wi-Fi
Bed linen, pillows & duvets supplied.
Brand new gas oven & hob, brand new electric fire (caravan also has radiators in every room), hairdryer, patio furniture and charcoal kettle BBQ.
Tea towels supplied, other towels NOT supplied.
Entertainment passes NOT included however can be purchased direct from park reception on arrival (also link will be sent to main person booking e-mail address to buy when arrivals are registered).
All our breaks are listed as 3 (Friday late afternoon - Monday Morning) & 4 (Monday Late Afternoon-Friday morning) nights or 7 Nights (Saturday late afternoon - Saturday morning) - £100 (refundable for breakages) deposit is payable per break.
Check in from 4pm, check out by 10.30am
5 Minutes from 9 hole golf course, pitch and putt, football golf and fishing lake.
10 minute walk to entertainment centre.
Holiday park facilities:
Pub/Club (Entertainment centre), Fishing, Amusements, Putting Green, Golf Course, Pitch and Putt, activities centre, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool (depending on time of year), takeaway (Burger King, Papa Johns & a fish & chip van), restaurant, grocery shop, laundrette, climbing wall, hire of karts and a Box bar.
Clacton itself is not too far away and can even be reached by bus that departs from right outside the caravan park entrance.
