Willerby salsa Eco, Deluxe 3 bedroom, 8 person, holiday home for let on Haven Cleethorpes Beach.Our holiday home is situated just a short walk from the main complex and activities. Fully furnished with everything you need to ensure a clean and comfortable stay.
Our holiday home provides :
Double glazing throughout
1 x Double bedroom with triple fitted wardrobe
2 x Twin bedrooms with wardrobes
1 x Pull out double bed in the lounge
1 x Travel cot (bedding not provided)
All bedrooms have built in blow out heaters for those colder nights and plug in fans for warmer weather
Fully equipped kitchen which includes: gas oven/hobs, under counter fridge with freezer box, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, air fryer, toastie maker, pots/pans and all utensils.
2 x bathrooms - Bathroom 1 has shower, WC and hand basin. Storage shelves for toiletries - Bathroom 2 has WC and hand basin
Storage cupboard beside the main door which provides hanging space for coats and space for shoes.
Spacious lounge with ample seating and large coffee table.
Gas fire - 43" smart tv with netflix for guest use - wi-fi - A selection of board games, dvd player/dvds and books are provided for your entertainment -
Dining area with ample seating and table
Outside there is a large decking area with outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine with your family/friends. The decking gate is lockable to ensure the safety of young children. Parking for 2 x cars. Gas/electric and bedding are all included (exc cot bedding). Beds will be made up for your arrival. High chair and bed guard are provided along with 2 x camping chairs for beach/fishing and 2 x bucket and spade sets for the kiddies 🙂

Play Passes are not included in your booking. These will need to be purchased from Haven. Passes can be purchased 12 weeks prior to your arrival once you have been registered as a guest. Registration will only take place after full balance has been received

Our holiday home does not allow smoking or same sex groups. Lead guest must be over the age of 21.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your dates. A £100 refundable security bond is also required. The security bond will be returned within 48 hours of your departure, once all checks have been made.
Bacs Transfer is the preferred method of payments. Payments plans are accepted. Full balance for your stay to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
