Owner Description
Willows is a 2022 model, and is unique as set in own private fenced garden with parking for 1 car directly by your garden gate. Willows is on Sunnymead Farm, which is situated between Ilfracombe and Woolacombe, the local bus will stop on request at the site entrance. Great home from home base from which to explore North Devon, Woolacombe is just a 5 minute drive away.Sunnymead Farm is a small family site with a small children's play area which guests in Willows are welcome to use.
Willows has 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and a sofa bed in the living area (ideal for 1-2 children) so sleeps a total of 4 comfortably but can be up to 5.
Willows is situated out of the main camping and within your own private fenced garden, you will find a patio with furniture and barbecue along with an area of artificial grass, ideal for a spot of sunbathing or for little ones to play on.
Willows is 32ft x 10ft and comes fully equipped. Facilities include Kitchen: oven, hob, grill, fridge with small freezer compartment, Coffee pod machine, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board along with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, plastic picnic plates and cutlery for outside use etc. Living Area: Smart TV, Feature Electric fire, Wifi and small selection of books, playing cards, children's games and puzzles in the living room. All rooms are centrally heated with double glazed windows.
Full bed linen is supplied and beds made up in the 2 bedrooms ready for your arrival, all you need is to bring your own towels and tea towels. Please note: if you wish to use the sofa bed, duvet, pillows and bedding can be supplied upon request on booking, please note we do not consider the sofa bed suitable for adults as it is only 4ft wide and offers a thin mattress.
Our prices include all your gas and electricity usage.
Dogs are welcome subject to an additional charge of £21 per stay (max of 2)
Please note: they must not be left on their own or allowed to go on furniture or in bedrooms. Should following your departure pet hairs be found on the pillows or quilts, the cost of replacement bedding will be deducted from your deposit.
